It was a bit of a bummer that the vehicle I had called in initially and discussed over the phone was in the process of a sale which I ended up in a vehicle costing a bit more. The process at the dealership was smooth. I would buy another vehicle at Jeff Belzers if the quality of the process remains the same.

Very good pricing on the Ram 2500 I bought. Just a couple of things I have a problem with. Only proved 1 key fob. Also charges an excessive amount for document fee. $350 is ridiculous. But overall good experience.

Alex at Jeff Belzer's is the Best!
I came to Belzer's in New Prague 3 years ago to lease a Jeep because they were the only place in MN with the make and color that I wanted and had exceptional service from the minute I walked in. My lease was ending in May this year, but I was already over miles so I called my sales guy Alex Burns and let him know my situation. He gave me all of the details of what it would cost to end my lease early and actually advised me to wait until my lease ended because I would end up paying about the same amount and would get to drive my car for 4 more months. About 3 weeks later he called me back with a great deal on a new Jeep that would actually save me money even with ending my lease - the fact that he had kept me in mind and called me when he knew the timing was better instead of rushing me into something was truly one of a kind service! The worst experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had.
The worst experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had. From the start it was a terrible experience. If this wasn't the exact car that I wanted I would have walked out within the first 10 minutes. From the salesman to the delivery of the vehicle, I felt like I was just a sale not a person. Not one person thanked me or congratulated me on my purchase. It's like it's nothing that I bought a large purchase from them. Guess they do not think it's a big deal for people to spend their hard earned money at their dealership. Not to mention that their mistake of misplacing the checks I brought to purchase the vehicle became an issue. They handed them back to me in my sales paperwork unbeknownst to me. Once they were located, arrangements were made for them to pick them up from my house (since its an hour round trip), no one showed up for 11 days after I purchased the vehicle. Only after I called again to let them know that no one had been by to get them did it become an urgent issue on their part and they wanted the checks ASAP. They wanted to come pick them that same day at 8:30pm, I told them tomorrow would work better, AND once I said that they threatened me with "theft".... it was your finance departments mistake, I helped to get the situation rectified and suddenly I'm the one that gets threatened. Horrible customer service. I will never buy from a Jeff Belzer's dealership again. Lesson learned. Buyer beware!

Less than a year later, my Chevy Malibu is needing an entirely new transmission. I bought a used car in August of 2025, it is now 6/1/2026. I felt pressured the entirety of the transaction to leave with a car, and when I asked to view other cars, the salesman seemed annoyed that I would want to test drive/compare others. In hindsight, I should've left without a car, as I already (less than a year later) don't have a car from Jeff Belzers.
