The 2025 Chevrolet Suburban will be arriving soon to dealerships, and we are excited to get our hands on them. Chevrolet offers a great tool called Build and Price, which allows you to customize your dream vehicle to something that perfectly fits your lifestyle. The newest model to get this feature? The Suburban. Today, Jeff Belzer’s Chevrolet will walk through the steps of this Build and Price option so that you know exactly what to expect. Let’s get into it! 

 

The Build and Price Process 

This easy process allows you to build your Suburban step by step, from trim level to extra add-ons. Today, we’ll walk you through what to expect when building your vehicle. 

1. Trim Level 

First, you’ll choose your drive type: 2WD or 4WD. Then, you’ll choose what trim level you want. All trim levels are available on both 2WD and 4WD, although starting price is more expensive with 4WD. Below, we’ll list out starting MSRP’s for 4WD for each trim level. Assume that each trim level includes what the previous trim level offers, unless otherwise indicated. 

LS:  

  • Starting MSRP: $66,495 
  • 5.3L V8 Engine 
  • 18” Bright Silver painted aluminum wheels 
  • Adaptive Cruise Control 

LT: 

  • Starting MSRP: $69,695 
  • Power Programmable Liftgate 
  • Heated driver and front passenger seats 
  • Available Jet Black, Leather-Appointed Seating Surfaces 

Z71: 

  • Starting MSRP: $73,495 
  • 20” bright machined and painted Technical Gray aluminum wheels 
  • Front and rear skid plates 
  • Red recovery hooks 

RST: 

  • Starting MSRP: $74,495 
  • 22” bright machined High-Gloss Black painted wheels 
  • Available Jet Black / Victory Red Perforated leather seats 
  • Inside rearview auto-dimming mirror 

Premier: 

  • Starting MSRP: $81,095 
  • 20” polished aluminum wheels 
  • Bose CenterPoint Surround 10-speaker audio system 
  • LED headlamps with animated lighting 

High Country: 

  • Starting MSRP: $86,195 
  • 6.2L V8 engine 
  • 22” bright machined aluminum and painted After Midnight wheels 
  • Rear camera mirror 

 

2. Exterior 

Color 

Next up is the color of the vehicle. The options varies per trim level. Let’s break them down. 

  • LS and LT: Dark Ash, Black, Sterling Gray, Summit White, Lakeshore Blue, Radiant Red ($495) 
  • Z71 and RST: Dark Ash, Black, Sterling Gray, Cypress Gray ($395), Radiant Red ($495), Iridescent Pearl ($995) 
  • Premier and High Country: Dark Ash, Black, Sterling Gray, Lakeshore Blue, Radiant Red ($495), Iridescent Pearl ($995)   

Wheels 

Then, you’ll choose your wheels. Many of the trims have standard wheels that come with the vehicle, as noted above. However, there are eight wheel options that you can choose from at an additional cost. Note that the Z71 are only available in the 20” Technical Gray aluminum wheels 

 

3. Interior

  • LS: Jet Black premium cloth or Gideon/Very Dark Atmosphere premium cloth 
  • LT and Z71: Jet Black leather-appointed or Gideon/Very Dark Atmosphere leather-appointed 
  • RST: Jet Black/Victory Red perforated leather 
  • Premier: Jet Black perforated leather or Jet Black/Sky Cool Gray perforated leather 
  • High Country: Jet Black perforated leather or Jet Black/Mocha perforated leather

4. Options 

You’re almost done with your build! Now, you have the option to select from additional options offered on the Suburban. This allows you to really customize your ride so that you have everything you need and want in a vehicle. Note that these options do vary across trim levels. 

Packages 

  • Chrome Package (see dealer for pricing) 
  • Advanced Trailering Package ($0) 
  • Cargo Convenience Package ($225) 
  • Interior Protection Package ($425) 
  • Dark Essentials Package ($495) 
  • Sun and Tow Package ($2,090)

Options include bright rear bumper protector, front and rear Black bowtie emblems, LED headlamps with animated lighting, heated, power-folding outside mirrors, black mirror caps, chrome mirror caps, illuminated Chevrolet mirror emblem, cross rails, and panoramic power sunroof. 

Interior 

Your interior options include the Bost 10-speaker audio system, floor liners, cargo mats, heads-up display, rear camera mirror, cargo organizers, keyless entry keypad, power-sliding center console, and power second and third row bench seats. 

 

5. Summary 

You’ve just finished your build! The Summary page will show you the total price broken apart by trim level, exterior, interior, and additional options selected. If you’re ready to move forward with ordering, you can select your desired dealership and submit your order. From there, the dealership will keep you updated with your order and date of arrival.  

In addition, on the summary page, Chevrolet will show you similar vehicles that are already available at dealerships near you. If you don’t want to wait for yours to come in, you can go in and look at these to see if it is a good fit. It will even tell you what the differences are between your custom build and the vehicle available on the lot!
